Shamrockin’ Run
Half Marathon, 10K, 5K, Leprechaun Kids Fun Run

Time: 7:15 am – 12:30 pm
Where: Start & Finish – The Blue Crab Restaurant & Oyster Bar, 7900 Lakeshore Drive, New Orleans, Louisiana 70124 (MAP)

We’ve got options for all runners and walkers looking to have a rockin’ good time at the Shamrockin Run!  Participate in New Orleans on Sunday, March 9, 2025.  Please enjoy our 2025 Shamrockin’ post-race party with Jambalaya, Free Guinness Beer, and Live Music from the Blue Crab from 9:00am until 2:00pm on race day!

If you’re feeling particularly festive, sign up for the Guinness Challenge. Participating athletes run the same 5K (3.1 mile) course, but are required to drink a 4oz cup of Guinness Beer at designated locations near each mile mark along the course. Top finishers receive a case of Guinness, of course!

All Pre-Registered Shamrockin Run NOLA Participants Receive:

  • Shamrockin’ Run T-shirt
  • Complimentary Guinness Beer (for participants 21 and older)
  • Complimentary Servings of Jambalaya
  • Entertainment – Live Music and extended Post Event Party hosted by the Blue Crab!!!
  • All Finishers Receive our Commemorative Shamrockin Finisher Medal

Shamrockin’ Run Post Race Party

Once you’ve completed your event, join us for the best St. Patty’s Day Party in the south. Shamrockin’ Run New Orleans will provide finishers and their guests with the following post event festivities!  Green Beer, Guinness Beer, Jambalaya, Fresh Fruit, Costume Contest, and Live Music from 9:00am until 2:00pm Sunday with our extended Post Event Party!
